Through volunteering, our employees come together with the purpose of making a difference. Each year, Embraer offers 8 volunteer time off (VTO) hours to encourage giving back to the communities where we operate.
Our goal is to inspire employees to take a day away from work to engage in experiences that bring us together as a company, and as a community.
